• Email address, phone number, address (if needed for service delivery)
• Team assessment responses and coaching notes (with your consent)

• Deliver coaching and team development services

• Provide assessment results and reports
• Handle payments and invoicing

Our legal bases for processing are: contract performance, legitimate business interest, and explicit consent (for coaching data).
